The Elements concepts 3 & 6 are designed for two principals where a distinctive shower trays i.e. 50mm off the ground is required. Some customers prefer a small step between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom floor.

Secondly if a customer wishes to achive a level floor system on a screeded floor this can be achived by sitting the 40mm tray within the screed. You must sufficent clearance in the floor to achive this

Constructed from a high quality structural hard foam, the concept 1 Shower Tray is humidity resistant and has a special mortar coating with a glassfibre reinforcement. It is light, strong and an ideal substrate to tile on to.
NB:    
1) The trays can be reduced in length & width by cutting with a hand saw, however we do not recommend cutting more than 80mm of each side of the tray when reducing the width
2) Tray lengths can be extended by purchasing additional element boards.
